Hi guys, I am a mother of two and now, I am 46 years old and entering the prime stage of my life. I realized that health is very important among other things in life. A simple explanation of this is, if you want to have a healthy body, simply eat healthy. As they say, " Life starts at 40's." Now that I have entered this stage, I now able to comprehend what it actually meant. Base in my own experience, I noticed my body tends to slow down after 40, thus if I am not careful of what I am eating, fats will starts to build up.
